BY13G 沖擊波形放大器

如果需要達到更高的沖擊加速度,需要在臺面上安裝一個沖擊放大器。被試產品安裝在沖擊放大器的臺面上即可,利用二級沖擊的倍乘原理,實現沖擊加速度放大作用。使沖擊加速度可達數萬g

沖擊放大器采用一個活動臺面,活動臺面向下的速度和砧座反彈速度疊加,使得活動臺面達到增速的效果。由于活動臺面輕,沖擊持續時間短,相同的沖擊能量,可以達到更高的沖擊過載。臺面越輕,沖擊持續時間越短,產生的沖擊過載越大。沖擊放大器設計成不同的臺面,可以適應不同產品的試驗要求。

 沖擊放大器也可以安裝在普通的液壓和氣動垂直、水平沖擊試驗臺上,以達到高加速度試驗的要求。
